BA 481 Project Manager (Entry-Level) VDP Secret Responsibilities: • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet defined improvement goals and objectives • Multi-task and be flexible in a challenging and fast-paced environment • Develop a thorough understanding of the current VDP processes, identify patterns & trends, and provide workflow process improvement recommendations • Provide leadership with related program production data and metric reports • Assess project risks and develop mitigation plans to meet defined improvement goals and objectives • Ensure all developed material is in compliance with established policies and standards with DC3 PA coordination/approval • Collaborate with DC3 development team to design FAQs, use cases, and new version requirements • Other related duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Master’s degree • Experience authoring various types of documentation, written and visual • Proficient in MS applications (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word) • Experience in developing, implementing, and recommending informational materials to promote VDP program, products and services via a combination of personal contacts, strategic planning, business development, brochures, mass mailings, public presentations, special events, web interface, newsletter articles and Bug Bytes • Experienced with managing small-scale service development projects • Experienced researching, collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns to improve communications strategies, methods, procedures and reports
Desired Skills: • Experience creating process workflows and interacting with Confluence, Sharepoint, and Web Conferencing services • Experience working with contractual service level agreements • Marketing - Customer engagement and outreach • Meticulous attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills • Ability to learn quickly with a demonstrated track record of meeting deadlines. • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills • Ensure all developed material is in compliance with established policies and standards This position is located at the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) in Linthicum, MD and will support the DoD Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP). The candidate will act as the VDP Process and Project Administrator to capture and develop programmatic documents and visualizations from draft to implementation. Creativity and design, both in the written word as well as visualizations. This position requires flexibility to shift under changing demands, process improvement focus, problem solving skills, interpersonal relationship development, the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and successfully work independently and as part of a team. Alliant LCAT Description: Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under supervision. Suggested Qualifications: 8 years of professional experience without a degree; or Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
