Required Skills:
Secret
• 4+ years of Executive Administrative experience including
experience creating relevant administrative communication and
documents using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Expert level Microsoft PowerPoint skills – can communicate
and translate information
into presentation slides – any executive level presentation
building is a plus, Slide Master expertise is critical
• Expert level Microsoft Outlook skills – can maintain email
distribution lists on multiple networks, schedule meetings
and other events and manage invitation and attendee lists
• Expert level Microsoft Excel skills – can create and
manipulate spreadsheets and workbooks and create charts,
graphs, and pivot tables as required
• Experience maintaining unclassified, FOUO, and SECRET level
hard copy and electronic files
• Ability to effectively work in diverse team environments,
produce deliverables with short lead times, work
independently with minimal supervision, and maintain
confidentiality of information;
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills with
the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a
business environment
• Ability to exercise independent problem solving and
decision making with a high degree of initiative and self-
coordination
• A demonstrated attention to detail, strong analytical and
organization skills
• Strong time management skills and flexible work approach to
ensure deadlines are always met and expectations are always
managed.

Desired Skills:
• Experience arranging complex travel, meetings, catering,
and general office organization
• Experience with publication and project-related software to
include EndNote, Visio, Access, Visual Basic, and Microsoft
Project
Provides direct assistance to the chief executive and works
independently on special assignments related to corporate
affairs. Manages access to the executive, maintains and
modifies chief executive schedule. Ensures the executive is
made aware of issues that need immediate attention. Handles
confidential business matters and maintains smooth operation
of office when chief executive is unavailable. Typically
responsible for the release of a variety of complex
communications that affect the entire organization and
designs and maintains procedures that allow appropriate
access to confidential information.
The selected candidate serves in an executive administrative
role to assist the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center
(DC3) Cyber Forensics Lab (CFL) Director, Deputy Director,
and Contract Task Lead in the execution of general
administrative tasks. The DC3/CFL Executive Administrative
Assistant acts as the Point-of-Contact for all CFL internal
and external calls and issues, maintains and manages DC3/CFL
Director and Deputy Director's calendars and schedules,
notifies leadership of any Global Electronic Approval Routing
System (GEARS) packets/tasks requiring approval, and works on
other tasks as identified and at the request of the Director,
Deputy Director, and Contract Task Lead. The selected
candidate should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and
possesses strong written and verbal communications abilities.
Additional duties include maintaining personnel manning
reports, office contact lists, supply and asset inventories,
and handling logistics and coordination for scheduled and
unscheduled events (meetings, training, conferences, etc.).
Some specific duties are relevant to working in a secure
environment and must be handled in accordance with relevant
physical and information security policies, such as emergency
action plans, media destruction, clearance passing and badge
renewals, visit requests and classified event coordination.
This position requires a SECRET security clearance, and only
candidates with a current SECRET or Interim SECRET clearances
will be considered.
Alliant LCAT Description: Possesses and applies expertise on
multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad
in nature, requiring originality and innovation in
determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with
appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting
solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and
performance metrics where applicable.
Suggested Qualifications: 13 years of professional experience
without a degree; or 5 years of professional experience with
a Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related
discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education; or 3
years of professional experience with a related Masters
degree; or no experience required with a related PhD or JD.
