Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Clearance: Public Trust
Contact Center hours: Mon-Fri 5AM-8PM, Sat 9AM-1PM and Sun
10AM-2PM MST. Shift Work as needed, candidate availability.

CSR respond to or properly route inquiries regarding TSA
Benefits Payroll, Personnel, Recruitment and Hiring
questions.

DESIRED: One year of customer service experience in a call
center environment. Excellent oral and written communication
skills, quality and attention to detail. Able to build
rapport and warm demeanor over the phone, Convey
information, copes effectively with complexity and change.
Competent in Internet navigation, Dual-Screen usage,
Microsoft Office Tools, Windows and Desktop SW. Interact
positively with customers, peers and supervisors.
