Clearances: US Citizen - Public Trust

Certifications:
• Project Management Institute (PMI)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 3+ years managing Department of Defense (DoD) Military
Construction (MILCON), Facility Sustainment, Restoration and
Modernization (FSRM), Housing Privatization, Utilities
Privatization projects or programs of comparable size, scope
and complexity.

Education:
Bachelor Construction Management, Engineering, Engineering
Management, Architecture, accredited university institution.

Program Description:
Tyndall Air Force Base (AFB) Rebuild Program Management
Office (PMO), on site with U.S. Air Force (USAF) client

• Responsible for implementation of scheduling, methods, and
processes necessary to ensure that the various elements of
multiple programs are properly coordinated.
• Many stakeholders, end-users, and contractors will be
involved with the Tyndall Rebuild
• Integrate the various schedules.
• Develop and maintain the PMO’s Integrated Master Program
Schedule for the Tyndall Rebuild effort
• Coordinate with other stakeholders working on the Tyndall
Rebuild (AFCEC, A/E firms, USACE, etc.).
• Identify conflicts between Tyndall Rebuild activities and
make recommendations on priorities, alternatives, solutions
to keep projects and sub-programs on schedule and within
cost parameters.

• Must have excellent quantitative and analytical skills,
along with the ability to apply those skills across a
variety of business processes.
• Communicate and convey their analysis to a wide
stakeholder audience.
• Ensure understanding and development of risk strategies.
• Detail-oriented person with strong communications skills,
the ability to influence others to obtain successful
results, and demonstrated organizational acumen.

KEY SKILLS
• Master Scheduler with integrating defense infrastructure
programs, professional skills, leadership and management.
• Work collaboratively with a team of people from across
multiple organizations and the company.
• Project Management Tools (CPM, PERT, Gantt Charts)
• Microsoft Office, Primavera Expedition, P3/Suretrak.
• Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification.
• 3+ years managing Department of Defense (DoD) Military
Construction (MILCON), Facility Sustainment, Restoration and
Modernization (FSRM), Housing Privatization, Utilities
Privatization projects or programs of comparable size, scope
and complexity.

• Work with Lead Planner, Construction Manager, Program
Managers
• Integrate, deconflict schedules for each program, project.
• Develop, monitor dependencies, conflicts, opportunities in
the Tyndall Rebuild;
• Implement methods, processes, tools, governance rules for
integration and conflict identification, assessment,
prioritization, and management planning;
• Use data analytic tools to enhance the early
identification of conflicts between projects or activities;
• Support PMO co-workers as an integration expert in
identifying, assessing, recording new conflicts and
opportunities for efficient/effective project delivery;
• Maintenance of the Dependencies Register with regular
quantification of events and standardization of assessments;
• Provide occupancy planning, development of move schedules,
cost estimates, inventory lists,
• Team player and able to support the delivery of multiple
projects to performance, cost, and schedule parameters.
