Desired Skills: • Experience with other recognized Quality/Performance Management program(s) • Project management experience • Proficient in MS applications (Visio, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Word, Project) • Technical Skills proficiency in an Information Technology, Information Assurance, or Cyber Security discipline • Experience working in a Security Operations Center or Computer Network Defense organization The successful candidate will be assigned to DC3/DCISE to support the continuing process improvement initiative. This candidate will have a deep understanding of CMMI requirements in order to evaluate DCISE processes against CMMI standards. The candidate will also help build a long- term quality assurance model and ensure continuous improvement efforts. The artifacts of this work will maintain the DC3/DCISE CMMI for Services Level 3 certification and drive the migration to CMMI 2.0. Alliant LCAT Description: Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. Suggested Qualifications: 13 years of professional experience without a degree; or 5 years of professional experience with a Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree; or no experience required with a related PhD or JD. Consideration should always be given for the level of specific domain expertise.
