Required Skills:
• B.S. Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering
• Programming skills in PHP
• Programming skills in Javascript, Angular
• Programming skills in C#

Desired Skills:
• Experience in Java, C, C++, Python
• Rudimentary understanding of protocol analysis
• Understanding of malware analysis or reverse engineering
• Experience in digital forensics
• Experience in SQL
• Knowledge in Network Architecture and networked programs
• Secure programming for web application development
• Software development lifecycle, requirements definition,
unit testing
• Developing cyber security, malware analysis or digital
forensics applications

• Performed as a member of the research and development
organization within the DOD Cyber Crime Center, a national
cyber center.
• Investigating and developing new software tools and
techniques in performing automated malware analysis,
digital forensics and cyber intelligence.
• Strong algorithm, software design and development skills
• Understanding of low level OS and system operations.
• Apply concepts, processes, practices, procedures
• Working under supervision of senior member

Suggested Qualifications: 8 years of professional
experience without a degree; or Bachelors degree from an
accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent
experience/combined education. Consideration should always
be given for the level of specific domain expertise.
