Certified Senior Splunk Administrator USPS (CISO) security operations team. Certification: Splunk Administrator Certification. Location: Onsite in Raleigh, NC. No remote work. Required Skills: • BS/BA Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Math or Science discipline. • 5+ years in Information Technolog. Additional related industry experience in lieu of degree. • Certified Splunk Administrator • 5+ years of Splunk experience • SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, and security event correlation. • Excellent troubleshooting skills, self-motivated, results-driven and well organized. • Excellent communication skills, communicate with all levels of staff and management. Preferred Skills: • Experience in clustered Enterprise Splunk deployment • Experience in proper security design philosophy. • Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security • CISSP, Security +, or related information security certifications. Additional Provisions • Pass a client mandated clearance process, drug screening, criminal history check and credit check. • Once candidate’s resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process. • If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance. • All candidates must be a US Citizen, have permanent residence status (Green Card), or an H1-B Visa. • All candidates must have lived in the United States for the past five (5) years. • Cannot have more than 6 month’s cumulative travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.) • Overtime must be pre-approved in writing by the client manager or designated representative. • OT not reimbursed previous written authorization. Overtime will be reimbursed at straight time. • Dress code is business casual, i.e. collared shirt, slacks for men, no skirts above the knee for women. |
