IT Service Deliver Rep. – Junior

Zero to four (0-4) years of information technology experience. Installs, maintains, and services IP network and transport service hardware and software under direct supervision. Develops knowledge of and skill with Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) layers 2 through 4, and of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) incident, problem, change, and availability management. Responds to tasking I support of configuration change requests for new or expanded network and transport services. Assists in creating new and modifying existing network interfaces, and supports implementation and maintenance of network designs. Applies firmware and software updates to network and transport components. Responds to tasking in support of incident reports by troubleshooting, repairing, and/or reconfiguring network and transport services. Monitors and enforces network and transport service security, integrity and business continuity controls. Assists in planning and executing special network and transport service projects.
Required: H.S./GED, Final Secret, Security+, Network+

IT Service Delivery Mid Level

Five to nine (5-9) years of experience in network and transport service management. Installs, maintains, and services IP network and transport service hardware and software under limited supervision. Demonstrates knowledge of and skill with Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) layers 2 through 4, and of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) incident, problem, change, and availability management. Evaluates and responds to configuration change requests for new or expanded network and transport services. Creates new and modifies existing network interfaces, and implements and maintains network designs. Applies firmware and software updates to network and transport components. Evaluates and responds to incident reports by troubleshooting, repairing, and/or reconfiguring network and transport services. Monitors, collects measurement data, and reports on service level attainment. Monitors and enforces network and transport service security, integrity and business continuity controls. Supports planning and execution of special network and transport service projects.
Required: H.S./GED, Final Secret, Security+ and CCNA
