Return to Job Search   Master Scheduler May 14, 2025 Reston, VA     Requirements Master Scheduler Location: Ft Belvoir, VA • TS/SCI Clearance. or TS, SCI ELigible • 5 years’ experience as a scheduler in programs and contracts of similar size and scope to a large military base • 1 year scheduling construction activities or facility operations (both is even better!) • 3 years’ experience with using Microsoft Project software • Have advanced Microsoft Project course • Bachelor’s degree, Technical, Business-related discipline DESIRED SKILLS: Communication: • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including military personnel and civilian staff Experience in Specific Military Sectors: • Experience within the military, areas like logistics, operations, project management. Industry Certifications: • Certifications like Project Management Professional (PMP) • Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (CPSP) • Other enhance qualifications Experience Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: • Identify and resolve schedule conflicts • Analyze data to optimize processes • Make informed decisions Understanding of Military Operations: • Familiarity with military procedures, logistics, resource management, effectively scheduling operations within a military base.
